We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior SEO Specialist with 6-8 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving organic search visibility and generating leads for B2B businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a data-driven approach, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest industry trends. You will own and drive SEO initiatives that directly impact lead generation, pipeline, and revenue.

What you will do:

  • Lead generation: Develop consistent inbound lead generation strategy from markets like US & UK in B2B domain (especially finance domain).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Technical SEO: Diagnose and resolve website technical issues that impact search engine crawlability and indexing (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, XML sitemaps, robots.txt).
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content marketers to optimize website content, blog posts, and other digital assets for search engines.
  • Link Building & Backlink Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to acquire quality backlinks and improve domain authority. Execute link-building strategies, including guest blogging, outreach and partnerships with relevant industry websites.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments on web elements to identify the best strategies for maximizing traffic and leads.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track SEO rankings, website traffic and key metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on B2B SEO.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and generating leads.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or other similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO & technical SEO
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from data
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
