We are seeking an experienced and result driven Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective customers and supporting the sales lifecycle.
- Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads / meetings per month.
- Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
- Support the Sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support and successful transition to Direct Sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. Person specification (competencies).
Requirements:
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective customers
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales support
- Preferred experience in BPO and lead generation, with exposure to UK/US CPA and finance clients
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
