About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering features that will reshape predictive intelligence and ABM for enterprise customers. You’ll help create a platform that addresses current industry shortcomings, including high learning curves and poor UI/UX, while introducing cutting-edge features like AI-driven ICP creation, buying stage scoring, and multi-channel marketing enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Advocacy: Champion customer needs by conducting discovery sessions and staying ahead of industry trends to inform our product vision.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect insights from users, sales, support, and internal stakeholders to create detailed product requirements and use cases.
  • Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product teams to define roadmaps, position features, and ensure timely delivery of compelling customer value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams to create features that are technically sound and user-friendly.
  • Product Launches: Manage end-to-end product development cycles, ensuring seamless launches that align with business goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify process improvements and drive product adoption.
  • Product Marketing Support: Assist in creating messaging and content that highlights customer-driven value propositions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience owning and driving the roadmap for at least one product from concept to launch through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively for diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a background in SaaS and familiarity with marketing tech, sales tech, or ad tech.
  • Experience working hands-on with engineering and UX teams to solve complex challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate feature requirements, design product metrics, and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
  • Proven ability to connect with enterprise customers and partners, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • 1+ years of product management experience, ideally with enterprise customers and end-to-end product lifecycle experience.
